Piercing services range from $20-$65, depending on what you’re getting pierced, PLUS the cost of jewelry. Please refer to our Price List for details.
To ensure the quality and fit of the jewelry, as well as our ability to properly sterilize it, we will not pierce with or install jewelry bought from outside of our studio. Because our clients’ health and safety is our top priority, if we’re unable to confirm material and manufacturing aspects we just feel like the risks are too high. If we’re able to verify that your jewelry was purchased from us or another APP studio, then we can insert it into healed piercings, but if a piercing needs to be redone or you’re wanting to use it for a new piercing, then new components or entire pieces may need to be purchased.
Any jewelry you're hoping to use needs to be dropped off at least 24 hours prior to your appointment for processing.
The shop minimum is $150. No negotiations. No low-balling. No. Stop it.
While we still HIGHLY recommend booking an appointment to avoid long wait times (Booking Page, woohoo!) we do welcome walk-ins for piercing and jewelry services.
Welll, technically, no, but we DO sell jewelry. The term ‘gauge’ is a reference to size, but yes, we do offer many styles of jewelry that cater to stretched earlobes.
We'd recommend booking a consultation. You can do that by contacting the artists directly.
We feel that the better question would be "What is covered in my investment?" Because we insist on using only the highest quality implant-grade materials and solid nickel-free gold from the best manufacturers in the world we're able to ensure the lowest possible likelihood you'll have issues with allergic reaction, or jewelry breaking, rusting, or being defective in any way. After all, you're getting pierced because it looks good, right? We think you're worth better than costume jewelry, and we hope you do too!
This doesn’t happen often, but if it does contact us immediately! Most issues such as stones discoloring, cracking or falling out of settings, pins on threadless ends breaking off, threads on threaded posts and ends stripping, or materials tarnishing/degrading are covered by lifetime guarantees offered by our manufacturers and can often be repaired or replaced. There are times when features of the jewelry may need to be adjusted; certain gemstones, Turquoise for example, will have natural variations and may not be able to be replicated exactly. This will come down to the manufacturer's discretion.
While many repairs are offered free of cost, if the manufacturer determines that the issue was from daily wear and tear as opposed to manufacturing defects you may be responsible for paying for your piece(s) to be fixed. This is something we’ll help determine before any payment is taken. Wait times for repairs will also vary between manufacturers, and is completely out of our control. Trust us, we are also not excited to have to wait for jewelry to be repaired, but we understand that sometimes that's just what it takes.
In the case of lost components, unfortunately we can’t repair what we don’t have - so do your best to track down whatever piece has been damaged!
